てっぱんは様々な事情でアメリカに住んでいる皆さん、および日本で食べなれた皆さんにとっての「おいしい」をお届けするべく、アメリカはケンタッキー州レキシントン市で営業しているフードトラックです。材料はほぼ日本から取り寄せ日々、安全で新鮮な屋台で食べれる懐かしいメニューをえりすぐり提供させていただいてます。ホッとするひと時をてっぱんでおすごしください。
What is TEPPAN?
TEPPAN means a steel plate. Yes, that is the plate we cook on grill, thick and hot metal plate.
We name it as the truck of course that is what those dishes are cook with, but not only it.
Teppan also means best of the best. So hard to mess up. Steel is hard as steel. Teppan is hard to beat. Always solid and always same quality. Teppan also means best of someone's bet. We would like to provide our food at best way and perfect timing. So customers enjoy what it really tastes like.
てっぱんとは、もちろん私たちのメニューのほとんどが鉄板で調理されているから。でもそれだけではありません。日本でてっぱんネタとかてっぱんメニューと表現されるように強くて固いてっぱんは打ち砕かれることもなく、最高ということを意味しています。いつどこで召し上がられても変わらない、一番おいしい状態でお食事を提供できることを目標にトラックをてっぱんと命名いたしました。どうぞ宜しくお願いいたします。
